Mission Statement: 

To manage the recruitment, retention, and promotion of WHKD members, and to serve as a disciplinary committee in conjunction with Executive Board and Senior Council for members who have violated WHKDIA bylaws. 

Members:   

•       Sifu John Knutson (contact), Sifu Eric Lee, Sifu Ken Lambert, Sifu Colin Davey, Sifu Ray Johnson, Shana Schwartz, Anh Duong

Specific Duties:

•       Create programs and media to support the recruitment of new WHKD students, and support enrollment in the WHKDIA.

•       Create programming to help retain WHKD students and enrollment in the WHKDIA. 

•       Manage testing boards for Black Belt promotions, and oversee requests for degree promotion in conjunction with the Executive Board and the Senior Council. 

•       Oversee accusations of inappropriate conduct by WHKDIA, and oversee the determination of guilt and disciplinary processes.
